Short description of the project
COMPASS-EU (Career Orientation and Mentoring Project for Advancing School-to-Work Success in Europe) guides young people’s career journeys with « GreenLight AI », a Talking RIIB-90 (RIASEC-aligned, consortium-authored) self-assessment app linking profiles to real EURES opportunities in a transforming labour market.
We also will develop a MOOC and an ESCO-aligned Green/AI Job Atlas, and set up CPC (Career Pathway Catalogue) with common protocols.
